The executive team at XL Fleet has a long history of experience in the automotive engineering industry. The team's president has worked at IAV Automotive Engineering, Inc., and the engineering director has worked at AVL Powertrain Engineering Inc. The chief engineer has also worked at AVL Powertrain North America, and the engineering senior manager has worked at DENSO Sales UK Ltd. All members of the team have degrees in mechanical engineering from Kingston University.
