Kirstin Gould

Kirstin Gould has held various executive positions in the legal and corporate sectors, starting as an associate at Dewey Ballantine LLP and later at Clifford Chance LLP. Kirstin then went on to work at XL Group Ltd, where Kirstin served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary. During their time at XL Group Ltd, Kirstin also led the marketing and communications team during a challenging period. Currently, Kirsten serves as a Board Member at James River Group Holdings, Ltd., and as a Non-Executive Director at Pacific Life Re. Additionally, Kirstin is the Founder of Harrington Advisors LLC.
