Kirstin Gould

Kirstin Gould is the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at XL Group. Kirstin has over 25 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industries. Kirstin Gould began their legal career at Clifford Chance LLP in 1996, where they worked as an associate for four years. Kirstin then moved to Dewey Ballantine LLP in 2000, where they worked as an associate for five years. In 2007, Kirstin joined XL Group Ltd as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Affairs, and Corporate Secretary. Kirstin led and transformed the global marketing and communications team during their time with XL Group. Kirstin Gould has been with XL Group for over 10 years and is currently the EVP, General Counsel & Secretary.

They work with Stephen Robb - EVP & CFO, Eileen Whelley - EVP & CHRO, and Charles Cooper - Chief Executive, Reinsurance Business Group. Kirstin Gould reports to Michael S. McGavick, CEO.
