Manu Sabharwal

Manu Sabharwal currently serves as AVP of Service Management at AXA XL since April 2018, after holding various roles in IT service management since September 2013 at XL Catlin. Prior experience includes serving as Technology Account Manager at EXL Service and managing service delivery operations at CSC, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing IT infrastructure support for a European project. Prior to these roles, Manu held positions at India Habitat Center, Colwell & Salmon India Pvt Ltd, and vCustomer India Pvt Ltd. Academically, Manu completed an Executive Development Program in Strategy and Innovation from XLRI Jamshedpur, a postgraduate degree in IT from Amity University, and a Bachelor in Commerce from Delhi University.
