Rich Castillo

Rich Castillo has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Rich worked at XL Catlin as a Senior Vice President, where they led a team and collaborated with various units to develop and maintain pricing tools. Prior to that, Rich served as Chief Actuary - Specialties at Zurich Financial Services, where they were responsible for developing and implementing actuarial strategies for the business unit. Rich also worked at Zurich North America as a Vice President and Senior Actuary, overseeing the actuarial function for third party liability and Accident & Health Business. Additionally, they held the positions of Assistant Vice President / Division Actuary and Actuarial Analyst - Actuarial Manager at Zurich North America and Reliance National Insurance Company respectively. Rich began their career as an Actuarial Assistant at Insurance Services Office, where they worked on rate filings and rate change indications.

Rich Castillo received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Applied degree in Mathematics and Economics from Queens College, City University of New York in 1987.
