Steven Hanlon is currently a System Analyst at XL.net. Steven was previously a System Engineer at Stratosphere Networks, LLC from July 2014 to March 2020. Steven was also on the Azure Innovation Team Lead and was responsible for mentoring and training support staff, as well as creating and maintaining internal and client facing documentation. Prior to that, they were a System Engineer at Switchfast Technologies from January 2014 to July 2014, where they were responsible for responding to alarms, onboarding new clients, and infrastructure refresh projects. Steven started at Switchfast Technologies as a System Support Technician III in August 2013 and was promoted to System Support Technician II in August 2008.
