J.J. White

J.J. White has a diverse work experience. J.J. started their career as a Private Baseball Instructor in 2011, while also being a Student Athlete at Penn State University from 2011 to 2015. In 2015, they worked as an Assistant Coach at EvoShield for a brief period. In 2016, they joined XLA as a Business Development Analyst, where they managed the SharePoint pipeline of contracting opportunities. J.J. provided timely updates and reports to executive management and created and managed the company's waterfall forecast. In 2017, they were promoted to Program Manager at XLA, where they managed a 68-person team and achieved a 20% increase in productivity. In January 2020, they became the Business Development Manager at XLA.
