Caroline Parkinson

Caroline Parkinson has a diverse and extensive work experience in human resources and employment law. Caroline'smost recent role was as Head of People and Employment Lawyer at XLMedia Plc, where they started in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Employment Lawyer at the same company from November to December 2022. Before joining XLMedia, Caroline held various positions at Flutter Entertainment Plc, Sky Betting & Gaming, Sky, Gala Coral Group Limited, Bonmarche, and Peacocks, where they took on roles such as Head of Employee Relations, People Transformation Lead, Head of People Support, Head of HR Operations, HR Manager, and Head of HR.
