Melissa Zuckerberg

Melissa Zuckerberg has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Melissa'smost recent position is as the Head of Operations at XLMedia PLC, which they assumed in June 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Sales Operations Manager at Webpals starting from May 2017. In 2015, Melissa served as the Chief Operations Manager at Gigabot, where they were responsible for building and managing a call center abroad with 100 workers, overseeing daily income, conversion, retention, and player value. Additionally, they managed the Internal marketing department and reported directly to the CEO. From 2009 to 2015, Melissa worked at Third Planet Software, Inc as an Operations Manager and later as a Customer Support and Retention Manager. In these roles, they ensured smooth day-to-day operations, managed CRM and call center operations, and implemented strategies to meet KPIs and increase monthly revenue. Prior to this, Melissa served as a Support Manager at TrafficSales from 2007 to 2009.

Melissa Zuckerberg earned a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Tel Aviv University between 2002 and 2005.
