Wirk Römmelt

Wirk Römmelt has had a successful career in the cybersecurity industry. Wirk is currently serving as the Director Channels DACH at XM Cyber. Prior to this, they worked as the Director Channel Sales DACH at Guardicore from 2021 to 2022. Wirk also worked at SFNT Germany GmbH (a Gemalto Subsidiary) and Thales as a Senior Channel Sales Manager from 2008 to 2021. Additionally, they gained experience as a Sales Manager at Finjan Holdings from 2003 to 2008, a Regional Director at Network Associates from 1999 to 2002, a Manager Distribution at Computer Associates, Inc from 1996 to 1999, and started their career as an Azubi at Siemens AG from 1986 to 1989.

Wirk Römmelt started their education in 1982 at Staatliche Realschule Unterschleißheim, where they obtained their degree. Wirk then attended Fachoberschule Freising from 1989 to 1990, earning a degree. Finally, from 1991 to 1992, they attended Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences, where they studied Allgemeine Elektrotechnik.
