Paola Rainusso

Paola Rainusso is an experienced psychologist currently serving as a substitute psychologist at UTE and as part of the Human Resources team at Xmartlabs, focusing on People Care and IT recruitment. With a background in clinical and health psychology, Paola has worked in various roles, including as a psychologist at the juvenile center "Casa Joven" under Movimiento Tacurú and as a research assistant at the Universidad Católica del Uruguay. Additional experience includes teaching roles and a prior position as a substitute psychologist in occupational medicine at UTE. Paola holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Católica del Uruguay and is pursuing a postgraduate degree in Cognitive Neurosciences, Neuropsychology, and Cognitive Rehabilitation at Universidad Favaloro.
