Allastair Meffen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and experience management. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors and Co-Chair of the Education & Learning Committee at XMGlobal Collaborative, Allastair previously held leadership roles at Florence Healthcare, where responsibilities included unifying customer success initiatives and significantly improving customer retention metrics. At Definitive Healthcare, Allastair played a pivotal role in increasing company revenue from $25M to $250M and successfully led the integration of multiple acquisitions while managing an expanding team. Additional experience includes various positions at Imprivata, where Allastair managed customer advocacy and support operations, alongside a foundational role at Merganser Capital Management. Allastair holds a Bachelor of Arts in Technical Theatre from Wheaton College Massachusetts.
