Hsinhua Tsai

Hsinhua Tsai currently serves as the Manager of Operations at XMOS since August 2021. Prior to this role, Hsinhua held the position of Manager of Supply Chain Procurement at 創意電子 from December 2006 to August 2021, where responsibilities included production planning management throughout various stages of manufacturing. Hsinhua began a career in logistics as a Logistics Specialist at 英業達 from April 2004 to November 2006, focusing on optimizing RMA and intercompany order flows. Earlier experience includes work as a Finance/Procurement Specialist at 英國阿斯利康 from March 2002 to April 2004, and as Deputy Branch Manager for 麥當勞公司 from August 1993 to February 2002. Educational qualifications include a degree in Public Health from Taipei Medical University and a Master's in Business Administration from Soochow University.
