Yves Leduc

Yves Leduc is a prominent leader with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors and Co-President and COO at XNRGY Climate Systems since July 2023, Yves is also a Partner at Idealist Capital, focusing on private growth capital investments to promote energy transition and decarbonization. Yves has been a Director on the Board of Directors at TC Transcontinental since September 2017, contributing to the corporation's leadership in flexible packaging and educational publishing in Canada. Previously, Yves held the positions of Chief Executive Officer and President at Velan Inc. from January 2015 to March 2022, and served as Vice President General Manager for both the North America Division and BRP-Rotax at BRP from August 2000 to 2014. Early career experiences include roles as Vice President of Strategic Planning at Bombardier Recreational Products Group and Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, as well as practicing as an attorney at Stikeman Elliott LLP. Yves holds an LLM from Columbia Law School and an LLB from Université de Montréal, along with a membership in the Quebec Bar.
