Jessica Fewell, CMP has a comprehensive work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2009, they worked as an Intern at The Culinary Institute at the University of Tennessee, where they assisted with beer and wine presentations and designed promotional materials. In 2010, they interned at Jack Daniels, gaining experience in event planning and becoming knowledgeable about the brand. Jessica then joined Jacob Marketing Inc as an Intern, contributing to marketing and promoting bridal shows and writing blogs. In 2011, they worked as a Media Coordinator at Two Loons and a Book.
From 2011 to 2016, Jessica held roles at Jack Daniel Distillery, starting as an Event Coordinator, planning and executing events and managing the Condeco booking software. Jessica later became an Event Supervisor, overseeing event operations at the Jack Daniel's Visitor Center. In 2017, they worked as a Food and Beverage Manager at Lakewood Golf and Country Club.
In 2018, Jessica joined Xola as a Technical Support Specialist, providing assistance to customers. Jessica was then promoted to Senior Technical Support Specialist and later became a Customer Success Manager, ensuring customer satisfaction and success. In 2020, they were promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager and in 2021, they became the Manager of Customer Success at Xola. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Customer Success.
Looking ahead, Jessica plans to participate in the Customer Success Leaders: Fellowship program offered by Customer Success Collective in 2023. This program aims to enhance customer success strategies through interactive learning and sharing with fellow professionals worldwide.
Jessica Fewell, CMP completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Service Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Jessica attended the university from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, they acquired the TIPS Trainer certification from TIPS in August 2015. Jessica also holds the Certified Meeting Planner designation from the Convention Industry Council, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
