Margaret Skowronska

Margaret Skowronska has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Margaret is currently the Head of People at Xola, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to this, Margaret worked at Synapse, where they held multiple roles including Head of People & Culture from November 2021 to November 2022, Chief of Staff from January 2021 to November 2021, and Recruiting Manager from January 2019 to January 2021. Before joining Synapse, Margaret worked as a Business Manager at MJ Boyd Consulting from January 2014 to January 2019. Margaret also has experience in social media and marketing, having worked for FDRMX, LLC. as a Social Media/Marketing professional from June 2013 to December 2013.

Margaret Skowronska pursued their education in the field of graphic design at the Shillington School of Graphic Design from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended St. Francis College from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts/Advertising and Public Relations.
