Mid-level Growth Manager at XOMAD

Meah Austin has a diverse range of work experience. Meah currently works as a Growth Manager at XOMAD starting in June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at the College of the Holy Cross as a Student Researcher, where they conducted research on the experiences of Black female students. Meah also served as a VPDEI Position Search Committee Member and a Peer Mentor, providing guidance and support to first-year students.

Meah Austin has also gained experience in various roles outside of the College of the Holy Cross. Meah worked as an Audio-Visual Student Worker at the College of the Holy Cross Audio Visual Department from August 2019 to May 2022. Additionally, they were an Instructor at Reconstruction US and an Odyssey Mentor at Holy Cross Office of Multicultural Education. Meah also held positions as a Micro Research Intern at Springfield College and completed a project examining the effects of health messaging and emotion regulation in college students.

Furthermore, Meah Austin had internships in marketing and social media at Winter4Kids and Generac1on, respectively. Meah also worked as a Playground Leader at Waterbury Parks and Recreation and was a Summer Orientation Leader at the Office of Student Involvement. Overall, Meah Austin has a strong background in research, mentoring, and various internship experiences.

Meah Austin completed their high school education at Holy Cross High School in Waterbury, CT, from 2014 to 2018, earning a High School Diploma. Meah then pursued higher education at the College of the Holy Cross from 2018 to 2022, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology & Africana Studies.
