Johan Viljoen

Johan joined the military at the age of 16, and was hand selected for a bursary to study Organizational Behavior and Ergonomics. He became the youngest Captain in the Military in 1991, and went on to run various Logistical Environments for the SANDF. This included facilities such as the Equestrian Division, as well as the Chief of the Army: Reaction Force.

He then moved into the Private Sector and joined Gray Security where he was instrumental during their ISO 9001 Accreditation process, as well as in key focal areas, such as Mining, Eventing and Urban Surveillance.

He was part of a successful management team overseeing more than 800 guards. He then entered the Technology and Process space, working with consultants on Control Rooms and Command Centers, as well as large scale implementations.
