Ivan Condrasov

Ivan Condrasov has a diverse work experience. Ivan started their career in 2014 as a Youth Program Manager at the Israel Cultural Center, where they managed various youth programs. In 2016, they transitioned to the Jewish Cultural Center KEDEM as a Project Manager, overseeing projects within the organization. From 2017 to 2020, Ivan worked at the Israel Cultural Center as the Head of the youth department at Nativ, where they played a key role in managing the department. In 2020, Ivan joined XOR as a Customer Success Manager, assisting companies with their intelligent chatbot recruitment assistant. Later at XOR, they took on the role of Implementation Manager, responsible for implementing the chatbot system for companies.

Ivan Condrasov obtained their Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Logistics from the International Management Institute. Ivan attended the institute from 2017 to 2020.
