Aditi Gaitonde

Aditi Gaitonde is an experienced professional in human resources and corporate social responsibility, currently serving as Deputy Manager of Human Resources at Xoriant. Aditi has held significant roles in various organizations, including CSR & Employee Engagement at Bitwise Foundation, and as a Manager for Digital Literacy at Pune City Connect. Additionally, Aditi contributed as a Project Leader at Active Communications International - Europe (ACI Europe) and is a member of the RPG Foundation. Aditi holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Fergusson College.
