Swati Parikh has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Swati started their career as a Software Engineer at HP in 2000 and worked there until 2002. Swati then joined Horizon Companies Inc. as a Senior Recruiter, where they were responsible for recruiting talent for Fortune 500 and other client companies. Swati specialized in recruiting for ERP consultants, software developers, and database administrators. In 2005, Swati joined Xoriant as a Resource Manager in Software Engineering. Over the years, they progressed to managerial positions and eventually became the Director of HR.
