Jessica Savage, CTP

Jessica Savage has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jessica is currently serving as the Vice President of Service and Distribution at Xos Trucks, where they are responsible for locating, assessing, and onboarding distribution partnerships. Jessica also hires and trains sales and service professionals to promote and grow the Xos brand. Additionally, they lead the Aftermarket vertical of Xos and serves as a key subject matter expert in various cross-functional areas of the organization.

Prior to their current role, Jessica worked at Mack Trucks as the Director of E-Mobility Sales and Director of Parts Sales for the Southeast region. In the latter role, they successfully transformed an underperforming team into high-potential players, achieving significant revenue and profit growth. Jessica also held the position of Director of New Truck Pricing, where they managed a pricing team and implemented process improvements to enhance efficiency and decision-making.

Jessica's earlier work experience includes roles at DePaul University as an Adjunct Professor and at Navistar Inc, where they worked as a Sales Manager, Sales Analyst, and Sales Associate. In their Sales Associate role, they gained comprehensive knowledge of the selling process, transportation industry, and product offerings.

Jessica's career journey began as a Marketing Intern at Pro Sports Experience, where they successfully made sales calls, generated leads, and contributed to sales process discussions.

Jessica Savage, CTP holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Operations Management and Logistics from Benedictine University, which they obtained in 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree from DePaul University between 2007 and 2009, with a focus on Marketing, Sales and Marketing Management, and Sales and Leadership. In 2005 to 2007, Jessica studied Marketing at the University of Florida, although no specific degree is mentioned. Additionally, they obtained their Certified Transportation Professional certification from the National Private Truck Council in April 2016.
