Sophie Ratkovich

Sophie Ratkovich's work experience begins in 2012 as a Campus Manager Intern at EF Education First. Sophie then worked as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Aerospace Dynamics International Inc. in 2013. In 2014, they served as an Engineering & Application Development Intern at Roncelli Plastics, Inc. Sophie later interned as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Economy Plumbing & Air Conditioning in 2015. In 2016, Sophie joined Western Allied Corporation as a Project Engineer, where they handled estimation, bidding, and coordination of HVAC projects. Sophie then worked at ACCO Engineered Systems, first as a Design Engineer from 2017 to 2019 and then as a Project Engineer from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Sophie works at Xos Trucks as a Program Manager and BizOps and Cost Manager in the Supply Chain. Sophie'sresponsibilities include driving projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and prioritizing tasks.

Sophie Ratkovich obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, completing their studies between 2011 and 2016. In August 2016, they also obtained an Engineer-In-Training / FE certification through NCEES. Additionally, in June 2022, Sophie Ratkovich completed The Complete Agile Scrum Fundamentals Course + Certification from Udemy.
