Cristian Nogueira

Cristian Nogueira currently serves as Partner Head at XP Inc. since March 2021, focusing on energy commercialization. Prior to this role, Cristian held the position of Executive President at Energisa Comercializadora from October 2019 to February 2021 and was the Partner Head of the Energy Desk at Brasil Plural from November 2015 to October 2019. Cristian also worked at Banco Brasil Plural as responsible for the Corporate Desk in Rio de Janeiro from 2015 to 2017 and gained extensive experience at BTG Pactual from 1999 to 2014, serving in various roles including Associate Partner of the Energy Desk and banker for corporate clients. Cristian holds a Master of Business Administration from Ibmec and a degree in Civil Production Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, with further executive education from Harvard Business School in 2013.
