Gustavo Balassiano

Gustavo Balassiano has extensive experience in the finance industry, starting as a Summer Associate at Iposeira in 2004. Gustavo then worked at Unibanco as a Superintendente from 1999 to 2009 before joining Itaú BBA as a Senior Officer, where they worked until 2020. From 2020 to 2021, they served as Diretor at ABBC. Following this, they held various leadership roles at XP Inc., starting as Head XP Corporate in 2020 and moving up to Head Canal Atacado for different segments until 2023. Currently, they are serving as the VP do Prêmio Golden Tombstone at IBEF São Paulo.

Gustavo Balassiano has a Bachelor's degree in Civil and Production Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (1994-1999). Gustavo also holds an MBA in Finance from Ibmec (1999-2000) and another MBA in Finance and Accounting from The Wharton School (2003-2005).
