Shannon Kremer

Shannon Kremer is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from the University of Waterloo, with a Bachelor of Applied Science obtained in 2023. Shannon has diverse experience in research and development, currently working at Xpan Inc. since June 2023. Previous roles include a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Christie Digital Systems, an Aeronautical Engineering Trainee at XL Aero, and involvement in medical device research and development at Xpan Inc. Shannon's early career also features a position as a Mechanical Technologist at TRIUMF and a Mechanical Engineer Intern at Alcohol Countermeasure Systems Corp. Additionally, Shannon has experience in leadership and mentorship roles, serving as a Camp Counselor at YMCA-YWCA of Guelph and a Lead Coach at LittleKickers from 2015 to 2018.
