Karina Ignatovica

Karina Ignatovica is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People at xpate since April 2024, previously holding the position of People Operations Lead. From March 2014 to April 2024, Karina worked at Evolution as an HR Business Partner to Operations Latvia, focusing on stakeholder management, recruitment oversight, turnover analysis, and employee engagement using the Gallup methodology. Additional roles at Evolution include Operations Manager, Academy Lead, and Academy Trainer, encompassing responsibilities in operational excellence, training program development, and recruitment efforts.
