Johnny Petersen possesses extensive experience in after-sales management and customer service across leading automotive companies. Currently serving as the Head of Service at XPENG since March 2023, Johnny oversees customer service procedures within the After Sales department. Prior roles include Service Manager for Ford Motor Company from January 2015 to February 2023, and After Sales Consultant for Skandinavisk Motor Co. A/S from August 2013 to January 2015. Earlier experience includes After Sales Manager at K.W. Bruun Scandi A/S, focusing on technical and customer service aspects for Peugeot in Denmark and Sweden.
