Nilay Deshpande

Nilay Deshpande has a strong work experience in the field of technology and operations. Starting in 2007 at Infosys, they held various roles including System Engineer, Senior System Engineer, Technology Analyst, and Technology Lead. During their time at Infosys, they gained valuable skills and knowledge in the technology industry. In 2022, they joined Xperate where they initially served as a Technical Project Manager and later transitioned into the role of Director of Operations in April 2023.
