Cathryn Maher CIPD has extensive experience in HR roles, having worked in various companies such as Xperi Corporation, Johnson & Johnson Vision, Microsoft, Lombard Ireland Ltd, and IFDS. With a background in HR Management, Cathryn has been involved in HR consultancy, organizational development, change management, and supporting employee development across Europe. Cathryn holds a Higher Diploma in Education from the University of Galway and a Bachelor of Business Studies in HR Management from the University of Limerick.
