Dana Escobar

Dana Escobar is the Chief Licensing Officer & General Manager Semiconductor Division at Adeia. Prior to Adeia, Dana was the Senior Vice President IP Licensing & General Manager Semiconductor Division at Adeia (an Xperi Company). Dana has a strong background in intellectual property licensing, with experience at companies such as Xperi Corporation, GE Licensing & Technology Ventures, Sharp Laboratories of America, Avago Technologies, and LSI Corporation. Dana also has a legal background, having worked as a Licensing Litigation Attorney at Discovision Associates and as a Deputy District Attorney at the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office. Dana holds a law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. In Dana's role, they are responsible for managing business, legal, and engineering teams to monetize and protect the company's patent portfolio.
