Quincy Ewell Esq.

Quincy Ewell, Esq. is currently serving as the Assistant General Counsel, Commercial Legal Affairs at Xperi Inc. Quincy also works as a Commercial Talent with Aperture Talent Management, representing actors and fresh faces in the industry for commercials, endorsements, and voice overs. Additionally, Quincy is the Co-Founder of Pan-African News Network (PANN), developing a video-sharing application for the Black community. With a background in M&A transactions, Quincy serves as an Outside General Counsel to Private Companies, offering consultation on various business transactions and contractual matters. Prior to their current roles, Quincy has held positions as a Corporate Associate and Mergers and Acquisitions Associate in various law firms. Quincy holds a Juris Doctor degree from Penn State Dickinson Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Howard University.
