Ken Adams

Ken Adams has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Ken is currently serving as the Manager of Partnerships & Alliances at XpertHR since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Sales Executive and Sales Executive - Partnerships & Alliances at XpertHR USA from January 2014 to August 2022.

In 2013, Ken worked in Business Development at Mather LifeWays Institute on Aging, where they focused on enhancing the lives of older adults through research-based programs and innovative techniques. From 2011 to 2013, they served as the Regional Infrastructure Director at 350Green, LLC, where they played a crucial role in sales of Electric Vehicle Charging Stations and building out the charging infrastructure in the Midwest.

Before that, Ken held the position of Director of Sales and New Business Development at Distant Village from 2010 to 2011, where they specialized in sustainable handmade packaging.

From 2001 to 2010, Ken worked as the Vice President of Sales and Market Development at The Burnham Group, Inc, leading business development and sales efforts in the Chicago area. Ken successfully negotiated contracts, increased sales, and managed customer relationships.

Prior to that, Ken served as the National Sales Director at Motorola Inc from 1998 to 2001, where they led hardware and software-based business development and sales teams, and played a vital role in negotiating multi-million dollar contracts and increasing sales.

Ken's earlier roles include Senior OEM Sales Manager at Ken Adams, Sr. OEM Sales Manager, and Senior Sales Manager at Telematics Group, and Sales Manager at Infiniti - Telematics Group, where they focused on sales and marketing strategies.

Ken Adams obtained their Project Management Professional degree in Automotive Electronics from Motorola University, where they attended from 1994 to 2000. In addition, they pursued a certification in Massage Therapy at the Chicago School of Massage Therapy, completing the program in 1996.
