Prior to XPMatters, Ken served as Chief Administrative Officer at GBA and held multiple senior leadership roles at Service Management Group, including President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Client Officer, Senior Vice President of Client Services, and Vice President of Product Strategy. Ken's career includes a strong track record in managing large teams and substantial budgets, generating significant revenue growth, and improving service delivery for global clients. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University.
