Matthew Carroll

Matthew Carroll is currently serving as Vice President, Engineering and PMO at XPO Logistics, Inc. Previously, Matthew held the title of Store Director at Target, where Matthew led multi-million dollar stores with consistent growth year over year. Before their time at Target, Matthew served in the US Army as a Captain, fulfilling roles such as Operations and Training Officer, Company Commander, and Officer Strength Manager. Matthew also has experience in marketing and analysis from their time at DuPage Credit Union. Matthew holds an M.B.A. in Project Management from Norwich University and a B.A. in Economics from Michigan State University.
