Ruhe Hao

Ruhe Hao is an experienced professional in Learning and Development with a robust background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Director - Learning & Development at XPO Logistics, Inc. since September 2019, Ruhe Hao previously held the position of Senior Director of Business Readiness - Learning at TIAA-CREF from May 2013 to September 2019. Prior to that, Ruhe Hao worked as SVP and Design Manager at Bank of America from March 2003 to May 2013, and as Performance Improvement Manager at GE Consumer Finance from 2000 to 2003. Ruhe Hao holds a Ph.D. in Instructional Design and a Master's degree in Instructional Design, both obtained from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, with the Ph.D. awarded between 1986 and 1990 and the Master's degree completed between 1983 and 1985.
