Tim Staroba

Tim Staroba leads operations for the East Division of XPO. He is a veteran in the transportation industry. Mr. Staroba joined XPO in 1996 working in the account management center. From there, he moved into operations as a service center manager and held operations roles of increasing responsibility for more than 20 years. In 2016, Mr. Staroba joined CFI and served as president before joining Navajo Express in 2018, where he held positions as executive vice president and president. In 2020, he rejoined the XPO team as senior vice president of operations and was promoted to president of the East Division in October 2021. Mr. Staroba holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Western Michigan University.
