Jean Guillaume has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Jean started their career as an intern at the French Trade Commission, where they gained knowledge in the telecommunications industry. Jean then interned at Orange, working with the Strategy and Business Development division. Following that, they had a summer internship at Deutsche Bank in the Middle Office.

In 2005, Jean interned at J.P. Morgan in the M&A department. After completing their internships, they joined the French Treasury, starting as Deputy Head of Banking Services. Jean later became the Deputy Head of European Strategy, handling EU and Eurozone negotiations in economic policy matters.

Jean then transitioned to Groupe BPCE, where they worked as a Project Leader in Strategic Planning & Corporate Development for three years. After that, they served as the Chief Executive Officer for Fidor France. Currently, Jean is the President/CEO of Xpollens, a French fintech specializing in white-label digital payments. Through a strategic partnership with Visa and Natixis Payments, Xpollens offers customized payment solutions for the growing market of Embedded Payments.

With experience in the banking industry, strategic planning, and economic policy, Jean brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current executive role.

Jean Guillaume attended Sciences Po from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained a Master's degree in Affaires publiques. Jean then went on to study at ENA - Ecole nationale d'administration from 2008 to 2010, becoming an Ancien élève.
