Adam Pennington

Adam Pennington's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Adam started their career at Bank of America, where they served as a Commercial Credit Analyst and later as a Portfolio Management Officer. During their time at Bank of America, they handled financial modeling, risk analysis, legal documentation, and performed analytical reviews. In 2013, they joined John Wiley and Sons as a Senior Financial Analyst and later became a Finance Manager in the Business Development department. Adam played a key role in closing significant revenue deals and implementing operational procedures. In 2016, Adam joined Edovo as the Vice President of Business Development, where they expanded the business into new states, managed partnerships, and refined sales processes. Currently, they are working at Xponential Fitness as the Chief Growth Officer, responsible for the company's growth strategy and business development.

Adam Pennington received a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics from North Central College between 2004 and 2008.
