Nasario Mejia

Nasario Mejia has a diverse work experience in the fitness industry, with a strong focus on operations, strategy, and business development. Nasario is currently the Executive Vice President of Operations at Xponential Fitness, a global franchisor of boutique fitness brands. Prior to this, they held various positions at TRX Training, including Chief Operating Officer, where they played a key role in developing and delivering digital training products. Nasario also served as the Chief Executive Officer at Vint, a management software tool for gyms, and as the President and Chief Operating Officer at Blue Chip Theory, a management consulting firm. Earlier in their career, they worked at Crunch Fitness and 24 Hour Fitness in senior leadership roles. Nasario's experience and expertise in the fitness industry make him a valuable asset in driving operational success and strategic growth.

Nasario Mejia earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from USC Marshall School of Business in 2022, specializing in Corporate Finance & Strategic Management. Nasario previously obtained a Master's of Science degree from PennWest California between 2005 and 2007. Nasario also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in Business Administration and Management from Sonoma State University, which they earned from 1994 to 1998. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree in Spanish during the same period at Sonoma State University.
