Matthew Klepp

Matthew Klepp has an extensive work experience that spans over several years in various roles. Matthew is currently employed as the Director of Software Engineering at XWELL since August 2021. Previously, they worked as the Director of Products at Q5id from July 2020 to June 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Engineering - Applications at ImageWare Systems, Inc. from August 2015 to May 2020, where they managed a large team of engineers and played a strategic role in transitioning the company from software licenses to a service model. Before their role at ImageWare, Matthew was the US Software Support Manager at Edwards Pumps from August 2011 to June 2015, where they managed a team of software engineers and served as a customer advocate. Matthew also has experience as the Software/Controls Engineering Manager at Interlaken Technology, where they upgraded the company's software application using C# and designed safety systems for presses. Matthew's work at Interlaken also involved designing motion controllers and data acquisition software using Visual Basic tools and off-the-shelf hardware. Matthew was responsible for creating a versatile software system that controlled various test and measurement systems.

Matthew Klepp attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1992 to 1997, where they pursued a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a focus on Controls. Additionally, they also studied Advanced Mathematics and Physics within the field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering during the same period.
