Carole Seif

Carole Seif is a seasoned professional with a robust background in business affairs and talent management. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Manager at Extreme Reach since its acquisition of Spotlight Business Affairs, Inc. in January 2012, Carole has been with Spotlight since August 2005. Prior to that, Carole held the role of Senior Account Manager at Spotlight Business Affairs, Inc. and gained significant experience at Broadcast Business Consultants Ltd as a Senior Account Manager/Negotiator from August 1988 to July 2005. Earlier in career, Carole was an Assistant to the Director of Business Affairs at Ted Bates New York from 1984 to 1986. Carole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Sciences from Stony Brook University.
