Dipali (Pai) Mahesh has had an extensive and diverse work experience. Dipali began their career as Manager in Corporate Marketing at The Indian Express. Dipali then moved on to India Today, where they served as the Region Head for Cosmopolitan and Good Housekeeping magazines. At Viacom, they held the position of Account Director and successfully conceptualized and delivered the first-ever brand licensing deal in India for Fastrack. After this, they joined Sony Pictures Networks India as the Assistant Vice President, where they played a key role in increasing regional contribution to national revenue and won awards for their content solutions. Dipali also had an entrepreneurial venture at MovieMath Studios Private Limited, where they managed content production, studio operations, and media sales. Prior to their current role, they were the National Head at HIT 95 FM. Currently, Dipali serves as the Managing Director INDIA & Head of Sales - SEA at Extreme Reach, where they own the P&L for India operations and drives new business revenue for India, Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand. Dipali also explores partnerships with global creative agencies to enhance their tech stack. Overall, Dipali has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic abilities throughout their career.

Dipali (Pai) Mahesh completed their education in the following institutions:

From 2018 to 2019, they attended the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, where they completed an Executive Program in Leadership & Management.

Between 1995 and 1997, they studied at the Sydenham Institute of Management Studies, Research and Entrepreneurship Education, specializing in Marketing as part of their Business Management degree.

Dipali'sBachelor's Degree in Chemistry was obtained from the University of Mumbai, where they studied from 1991 to 1994.

In addition to their formal education, they also obtained the IAB Digital Video 360 certification from IAB in July 2021.
