Aleksei Vinchakov

Aleksei Vinchakov has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and cyber security. Aleksei started their career as a System Administrator at Eurasian Open Institute, Perm Training Collector, and Education Center "Navigator", where they provided technical support for workstations and advised staff on technical issues. Aleksei then moved on to JSCB Ecoprombank as a System Administrator and Senior System Administrator, where they provided technical support for workstations in a commercial bank.

In 2014, Aleksei joined Xsolla as a System Administrator and later served as a Senior System Administrator/Team Lead. Aleksei designed and built a datacenter infrastructure and connected remote offices with secure VPN links. Aleksei then transitioned to the role of Security Team Lead, where they implemented security-related products and tools and participated in audits, penetration testing, and compliance initiatives. Currently, Aleksei holds the position of Head of Cyber Security at Xsolla.

Aleksei Vinchakov completed their education from 2005 to 2011 at Perm State University, earning a Specialist degree in Computer Systems and Telecommunication.
