Alice Robinson

Alice Robinson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, creative design, and business development. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Xsolla since October 2023, Alice is involved in DEIB initiatives, HR compliance auditing, and the continuation of the 'Open Roles at Xsolla' newsletter. Alice also manages personal business ventures as the Owner and Creative Director of ASTRALFAE, which specializes in uniquely designed clothing influenced by sci-fi and cultural folklore. Prior roles include People Operations Coordinator at Lightstream, where Alice focused on employee engagement and development, and various positions in design and marketing across several companies. Alice earned a Bachelor's degree in English Literature with a minor in Graphic Design from DePaul University and has been a Vistage member since 2024.
