Vivian Obahiagbon, M.Sc, SHRMTASC, PHRi™ has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 14 years. Vivian is currently employed as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Xsolla, where they handle the full-cycle recruiting and hiring process for Europe, UK, and MEA regions. Their responsibilities include coordinating job posts, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, performing reference checks, and completing salary and market research.

Prior to their current role, Vivian worked as an Associate Talent Sourcer at TalentDiverse EU. Here, they focused on identifying, engaging, and creating a diverse pool of candidates for open roles. Vivian crafted and sent recruitment messages to maximize response rates and actively built a pipeline of suitable candidates using relevant sourcing platforms.
