Natalia Voziyan

Natalia Voziyan has a diverse work experience in various legal roles. Natalia started their career as a Legal Assistant at the Saint Petersburg Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service in 2012, followed by a brief role as a Legal Assistant at the Saint Petersburg Arbitration Court. In 2013, Natalia joined Urait Consulting LLC as a Legal Assistant before moving to Lihtten Krauf ST in 2014 as a Legal Expert. In 2016, they joined Xsolla as a Business Attorney and later became a Lead Business Attorney in 2017. From 2017 to 2019, Natalia served as the Head of the Legal Department at Xsolla. Currently, they hold the position of Legal Director at Xsolla and is responsible for the management and strategic planning of the general department and international subsidiaries.

Natalia Voziyan attended the Higher School of Economics from 2009 to 2014, where they obtained a degree in Finance and Law. In terms of additional certifications, they completed the following courses: "Business Process Design for Strategic Management" at MIT Sloan Executive Education in August 2021, "Legal Strategy for Business" at Northwestern University in June 2021, "Data Privacy Professional" at DPO - Data Privacy Office in October 2020, and "IP Lawyers: Защита интеллектуальной собственности в России и за рубежом. Базовый курс" at Moscow Digital School in July 2020.
