Roman Romanchuk has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Roman is currently the Director of Data Science Team at Xsolla, starting in September 2022. Previously, they worked at Sravni.ru from October 2017 to September 2022, where they served as the Director of Analytics. In this role, they were responsible for planning the areas of analytical activity, leading the analytics department, designing metrics systems, and organizing reporting delivery. Roman also built various systems from scratch, including web and mobile application analytics, the BI system (over 100 reports), and a data warehouse. Additionally, Roman created their own A/B-testing system. Prior to Sravni.ru, they worked as a Web Analyst at PAO "MTS-Bank" in July 2017 and as a Project Manager for the implementation of end-to-end analytics at Zetta Insurance Company Ltd from September 2016 to June 2017. Before that, Roman held multiple positions at SEO Complex, including Head of SEO Department from August 2012 to August 2016 and Internet Marketing Specialist from November 2010 to August 2012.
