Katja Stuhr

Katja Stuhr serves as the HR Director at XSYS Global since February 2021, focusing on various aspects of Human Resources Management including change management and global HR within the chemical and print industries. Previously, Katja held multiple roles at Flint Group, including Divisional HR Manager for Print Media Europe, emphasizing HR management during restructuring and mergers. Additional experience includes positions as HR Director for Germany and Europe, where expertise in labor law, personnel development, and organizational health was developed. Earlier career stages involved roles at Amadeus FiRe AG and Deutsche Börse, facilitating recruitment, training, and HR services. Katja holds a Master of Arts degree in Business from Goethe University Frankfurt, obtained in 2003.
