Alan Skiles currently serves as the Head of RGM AI Analytics for North America at XTEL, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Alan was the Chief Commercial Officer for North America at StepUp RGM from May 2022 to January 2023. Alan's extensive career includes significant positions such as Global Director of Revenue Management at Brown-Forman and various roles in revenue management and analytics at MillerCoors and Diageo North America. Earlier experience includes positions at PepsiCo and Advantage Sales & Marketing. Alan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religion/Religious Studies from Graceland University and has further education from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
