Allen Rector

Allen Rector serves as the Vice President of Sales for North America at XTEL, a global provider of revenue management solutions for consumer goods companies, since January 2023. In conjunction, Allen holds the position of Director of Sales, North America at Kantar, focusing on sales performance and trade fund management since July 2021. Previous experience includes a senior leadership role in trade marketing at Schwan's Consumer Brands, co-ownership of EP Power Nutrition, and multiple finance-related positions at Kellogg Company, including Sales Finance Lead and Senior Financial Analyst. Allen's career began at Deloitte as an In-charge Auditor after earning a Master's Degree in Accounting and Information Systems and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Kansas.
